We do not offer refunds for delivery delays unless 30 working days have passed since the date of your order.

Unfortunately, we can only make changes to your order if it has not yet been processed.
If you wish to modify any item in your order, please contact us by email at hello@yveris.com within 24 hours of your purchase.
If the order has already been shipped, we will no longer be able to make any changes.
I gave you the wrong address…
We can only modify your order if it has not yet been processed.
Please email us at hello@yveris.com explaining the situation. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can correct the address.
I haven't received an order or shipping confirmation email…
Our store automatically sends an order confirmation email after your purchase, as well as a shipping confirmation email when your order is sent.
If you have not received them, please check your Spam or Junk Mail folder and add us to your contacts to receive updates regarding your order.
